REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license, driving record check, auto insurance
• HCA Training - to be paid for by employer
• CPR, First Aid, Food Worker Card
• Background Check
• Drug Test
• Vaccinated
• Pet Friendly

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist with activities of daily living including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, walking, mobility, housekeeping, laundry
• Remind clients to take medication
• Transport clients to errands, activities, appointments
• Document and report changes in behavior, health, and needs
• Be mindful of clients’ safety
• Other duties according to an individual’s Care Plan

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full time live-in/live-out caregiver for special need son
• Must be 18 years of age
• Non-smoking
• Drug test
• Background check
• Pet friendly
• HCA Training and Nurse Delegation-to be paid by employer Weekend off

JOB DUTIES:

• Personal Hygiene: shower/bath, toothbrush, trim nails
• Dressing: Change daily outfit, night pajamas
• Eating: Spoon feed/unable to feed him/her self
• Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals and snacks
• Medication Management: Assist, document and records prescription medication taken
• Toileting: Rinse with soap and water before and after bedtime, change pad as needed
• Laundry: Wash, dry, and organize clean/soiled clothing and linens. 
• Housekeeping: Dust, vacuum, and mop floor
• Bed Mobility: Seizure occurrence-safety from falling off bed
• Physical, Social, Mental Fitness: Play, walks, listening to music, swimming
